Types of Live Tool Holders
1. Axial ER Collet Live Tool
Ideal for drilling, reaming, light milling, and tapping (M6–M12).
ER32 body (ER25 option), 1:1 ratio, 6,000–8,000 rpm, 6–10 Nm, with through-coolant option.
2. Radial (90°) ER Collet Live Tool
Perfect for side milling, groove cutting, and side drilling.
ER32 with optional slim body, up to 6,000 rpm, 8–12 Nm, with through-coolant capability.
3. Axial Tapping (Torque-Limiting)
For M3–M12 tapping applications.
Adjustable torque clutch (±6%), axial compensation, minimizes tap breakage.
4. Radial Face/Shell Mill Arbor
Used for facing, chamfering, and wide grooves.
Arbor Ø22 (Ø27/Ø32 optional), rigid body, high torque stability.
5. High-Speed Axial (1:2 Ratio) Designed for small-diameter carbide drilling and milling, especially for mold and medical work. 10–12k rpm, G2.5 @ 10k balance, ultra-low runout.
